Back where I started.
So, after my first week oficially back in “lose-weight mode,” I’m right back at where I was before I stopped. Losing the five lbs that I’d gained feels nice, because now I don’t feel like “Man, I’ve already lost this weight, now I have to lose it again!” From here on out I’m just moving forward, not retracing my steps.
I think that the step that I purchased will end up being a good investment. It’s just so nice and easy to pop in an old X-files episode and work out on it. It makes my legs sore like no other, but I don’t really mind. It’s also nice to do crunches on. Do you all have a favorite piece of exercise equipment?

A BOSU is great. Google it. I also love my jump rope, stability ball and medicine ball, and my body weight.

Dont beat yourself up about losing the same 5 again. I know its sounds bad but I have done it many times myself. The good thing is that its only 5 pounds, not 50. You have stopped and are ready to take them back off again. And most of the time when we are showing a 5 pound gain its really alot of fluid and not really fat.
I guess my favorite piece of exercise equipment is my mountain bike. To me its not like exercise. When I am riding I feel like a kid again, back in the woods riding with the wind in my air. Normally I break a sweat without even realizing it. Plus even though I am riding, I’m never looking at the same thing or feel like I am repeating myself like I do on my elliptical. On it I feel like I am running in place going no where and the view never changes! LOL!!

I love my Gazelle. It’s a total cardio workout.
