I did a bad thing!

I don’t know if it was the stress or hormones (or some combination of both), but I TOTALLY cheated yesterday.  I was doing so well, up until last night when I got depressed and just said “Screw it!”  I drank a soda, ate a sandwich with Doritos, and ate the head of a chocolate bunny!  On top of that, it was all really late at night, going against my No Food After 6:30 rule.  I feel really upset about it now, but I’m just going to have to get back up on the horse.  *sigh*

    I agree with Miss Cakediva, yesterday was a bad day all round for us big losers. Me too. No worries.

    Today is a new day to get back on track.

    Lets burn some calories to make up for it maybe? Get on the DDR mat and dance! :)

    Sometimes you just have a bad day, as long as you get back up and try again the next day, it’s all good!! :)

    Holidays are always tough because they revolve so much around food and treats. But you had only one bad day for like three weeks of good, so just move past it and keep chugging! You’re doing so great!
